Our brass is sourced from a combination of wholesale distributors and select, local shooting ranges.
Can I sell you my brass?
Yes! We offer competitive rates, local pickup at your convenience, and are interesting in working with locations within and surrounding the Denver, Colorado area. Please inquire for more information at help@phoenixbrass.com.
How clean is your brass?
Before being ready for sale, our brass goes through multiple steps to remove dirt, debris, powder, and any foreign objects.
What is the quality of your brass?
As reloaders know, brass has a limited number of times it can be reused. While this number varies based on factors including overall quality of the brass and the pressure the brass experiences, we do our best to select brass from sources that only permit shooting with factory ammunition (no reloaded rounds) and distributors that specifically sell once-fired brass, which ensures that the majority of our brass has been only fired once, which gives you some of the best brass that can be found without paying fresh brass price!
What do I do if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact us with your order number right away so we can work with you to make it right. We will respond quickly and prioritize getting you the correct items.
How soon can I expect my purchase?
We process orders 7 days a week and ship Monday through Friday so that your order gets to our shippers as quick as possible. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking details where you can find the latest status and location of your purchase, along with an expected delivery date.
